Songwriting is a lifestyle for Dew Pendleton. Inspired by country, pop, rock, and soul, Dew writes songs that are reflective of his Gulf Coast upbringing, like the easy living anthem “Beer,” and is no stranger to showing some emotion, like in his ode to his wife, “Damn.” He’s been coming to Nashville to play shows on Broadway and 2nd Avenue since he was a teenager and even happily lived out of his van at one point. Dew aspires to create moments for his fans with his live performances, and has opened shows for Lorrie Morgan, Willie Nelson, Zac Brown Band, and many more. With a personality even bigger than his tall frame, Dew’s live shows have garnered a large and enthusiastic audience all along the Gulf Cost and beyond. He currently resides in Nashville where he continues to work on his songwriting and is working on his third record, due out in 2016.
